All payments made towards subscription fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:
Partial usage
Early termination
Change of mind
Failure to use the system
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
Technical failure caused solely by our system that prevents usage for an extended period (subject to review)
Any approved refund will be processed within 15?30 working days.
