By subscribing to or using our SaaS School Management Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The software is provided under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.
The software is cloud-based.
Schools must use their own internet connection and devices.
Hosting may be provided by us or managed separately as per agreement.
We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the software during the active subscription period.
The client shall not:
Copy or resell the software
Reverse engineer the system
Share login credentials
Attempt unauthorized access
Subscription is charged annually or as per agreed billing cycle.
Payment must be made in advance.
Delayed payments may result in suspension of service.
Support provided during business hours.
Turnaround time for issues: 2?3 working days (unless critical).
Major customizations will be charged separately.
We aim to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
We shall not be liable for:
Data loss caused by user negligence
Internet connectivity issues
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:
Non-payment
Violation of terms
Misuse of system
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Hyderabad Courts.
